Terms of Service

All goods are offered for sale on the basis of the description found on the web site.

Consumers have certain rights under the Sale of Goods Act and our warranties are in addition to those right. Nothing in these terms diminishes your consumer rights.

In the event that a product returned to us is found to be faulty, we will reimburse the cost of return to us by 2nd class mail. We shall not be responsible for consequential loss or damage.

You have the right to cancel a purchase within 14 days without giving any reason. The cancellation period expires after 14 days from the day you or your nominated person receive the goods. You must inform us of your decision to cancel by using the cancellation form below or you may to tell us by email, eBay message or by post. To meet the cancellation deadline you must send your message before the cancellation period has expired. If you cancel, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including standard delivery but not supplementary costs arising if you chose a type of delivery other than the least expensive delivery offered by us.

We may make a deduction from the reimbursement for loss in value of any goods supplied, if the loss is the result of unnecessary handling by you. We will make the reimbursement without undue delay and within 14 days after the day we receive back from you the goods supplied, or 14 days after the day you provide evidence that you have returned the goods. We will reimburse you using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction and you will not incur any fees as a result of the reimbursement. You agree to send back the goods with all parts and accessories supplied to Greenlight, 24 Gould Close, Newbury RG14 5QN within 14 days after you tell us you wish to cancel the contract and you are responsible for the cost of returning the goods. If we find that a product is faulty on return, we will reimburse your costs to return the product.

This does not diminish any of your rights as a consumer and we abide by the rules and guidance for distance selling at all times.

In the event of a fault with any equipment or service, please contact us by email or phone and we will do our best to resolve any issue to your satisfaction. This may be by refund, repair or replacement depending on the nature of the issue, the age of the equipment and availability of spares.



We offer a 90 day warranty on all wire, cables and connectors. We offer a 12 month warranty on most other hardware. We offer a 10 year warranty on most Greenlight manufactured products and related equipment. Where we offer a ten year warranty, this will be shown on the product page.
